11th Kesarovski - Stanchev Memorial, 01 - 09.09.2012

The tournament is conducting in memory of the bourgas' chess-players
Zdravko Stanchev and Stefan Kesarovski and its purpose is to pay our respect to
their life-work as chess-players, sponsors and propagandists of chess.

System and Rate of play:

Open 9 rounds
System - FIDE Swiss
Time control - 90 minutes for the whole game with an increment of 30 seconds per move.
Valid for ELO FIDE and GM/IM Norms

GM, IM, WGM, WIM - free
Players with ELO FIDE >=2300 - 45 EUR
Players with ELO FIDE >=2200 - 50 EUR
Players with ELO FIDE >=2100 - 55 EUR
Players with ELO FIDE <2100 - 60 EUR
Players without FIDE ELO - 65 EUR

Participants who are not accommodated under the conditions provided by the organizer should pay 20 EUR extra of the above mentioned fees.
Discounts for FM, U18, S60 and women: 15 EUR

Players applied for the tournament after 08.08.2012 should pay extra 10 EUR.
